Your development
At Comm-Ply, it is all about your development. From apprentice or trainee, we are with you all the way. As a group, we offer flexibility across different businesses and a comprehensive induction to ensure you are confident with the role and responsibilities. From complete mobility to training, we offer you a place where you can truly develop your skills.
We have created a comprehensive induction programme for all employees to make sure they feel comfortable right where they are. Touching all essential departments, we will give you essential training to ensure full transparency and insight to all aspects of the business.
After successfully passing your induction, you will have a consultation with the HR department to find a suitable training path for your career.
Your training does not end with your successful induction. During your consultation we ask which area you feel the most confident with and which area the least. We will work you to find suitable training courses both internally and externally to fill those gaps and make you an expert.
We are open to ideas and we support you everywhere we can.
With the agreed course, or courses, in place, you are now on the right path to develop your skills with Comm-Ply. We will give you flexibility and mobility to make sure you can finish the courses you set out to do. Starting later or finishing earlier is not an issue with us.

One of the many perks at Comm-Ply is mobility. As we are not a single entity, there are opportunities for you to move roles, move cities, move companies or, in rare cases, move countries. We have multiple members of the team working from abroad, and people who moved roles during their employment with us.
